Foreigners and stateless individuals as subjects of administrative proceedings

The right to appeal a court, including an administrative one, is one of the key rights citizens guaranteed by Constitution and laws Ukraine. Apart from general constitutional judicial protection, Article 7 Law Ukraine No. 1402-VIII “On Judiciary Status Judges” dated June 2, 2016, guarantees everyone protection their rights, freedoms, interests within reasonable time independent, impartial, fair court established law.
